Hi, Just started using the inventory program and have updated recipes and beginning inventory now just need to know how to manage the program with the goal of simply identifying weekly theoretical usage compared to actual usage. I realize I need to input all new food deliveries transfers, Etc but dont see where/how to enter weekly physical counts?? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
